New Credit Card Policy
Dine-In Marin has a new credit card policy. Our customers will no longer need to have their card present at the time of delivery. Instead, we are now taking the card information over the phone when the order is placed. The information we need to collect is:
- Card number
- Expiration date
We will also ask for the authorization code; however, customers who are uncomfortable giving this information will not be required to do so. Finally, for those who prefer it, they may continue to have an imprint made in lieu of giving their information over the phone.
Our primary reason for making this change is to ensure the maximum level of protection for our customers and their credit card information. Additionally, we feel that this system will be more convenient for customers and should improve their overall experience with Dine-In Marin.
